Getting To Know Me

Hello beautiful people, 

My name is Ebony Jenkins aka Lady J. Let me start off by telling you I am a boy Mom, a proud D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself)  Creator, Fashionista, Baker, and early childhood Educator. I have been in the education field for 14 years. I currently teach second grade. Born and raised in  Brooklyn, New York. Bedford Stuyvesant to be exact. I am the beat of my own drum and the captain of my own faith. Woman of many hats and proud to wear them all.

On my blog, I will share insights into my experiences with friendship, teaching, fashion, love, fitness, and personal growth. My life is far from perfect, but at my own pace, I am reaching my goals and understanding it's ok to move at my own pace. As long as I am moving. I am a limited edition, one of a kind. Here is to share my journey, in the hope to motivate and inspire my audience.

On a weekly basis, I will post blogs, videos, and pictures about everyday issues that all can relate to. My journey called life had many obstacles and has been far from easy, but through it all, I persevering and I haven't folded in this game called life.  Yet I played my hand, each day I am growing and I am working on a better me.
